Nadiya’s areas of expertise include succession planning, trusts, wills and probate. She has experience in applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies, statutory Wills and obtaining permission from the Court to make gifts on behalf of clients who lack capacity.
She has a particular focus on supporting farming and rural clients and understands the unique challenges that agricultural families face, balancing business continuity, family dynamics and long-term stewardship of land and providing clear practical advice.
Nadiya’s work includes advising on the preparation of wills, lifetime gifting strategies, and the creation and management of trusts, ensuring that assets are protected and passed on in a tax-efficient and structured way. Nadiya has vast experience in guiding clients through complex succession arrangements, helping to safeguard both family relationships and the future of the farming business.
Nadiya works closely with her colleagues in the Agricultural property and Commercial Property teams providing joined up advice to our clients. At home Nadiya enjoys spending time with her young family.
