She specialises in Agricultural Property & Rural Estates. Kate adds several years of experience and a wealth of knowledge on Agriculture and Rural Business matters to the Firm’s Agricultural Property Team.  Accustomed to dealing with all aspects of Agricultural property and land transactions ranging from purchase and sale to granting of mortgage security and deeds of easements, Kate is not one to shy away from complex matters, and she relishes the challenges presented by oftentimes complicated first registrations at the Land Registry and in particular when title deeds may have been lost or destroyed. She also has experience in the preparation and submission of adverse possession applications for the registration of registered and unregistered land at the Land Registry.
