Ben is a Trainee Solicitor who began his journey with the Firm as an Apprentice in 2015. Since then, he has worked his way through the Firm while completing his undergraduate studies, obtaining his LLB degree and successfully completing the LPC, all alongside working full-time.
Ben specialises in property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. A significant part of his work involves acting for limited companies, property investors and clients with extensive property portfolios. He understands the additional requirements involved in company transactions and provides a seamless, efficient service tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Ben also has considerable experience in Land Registry matters, including first registrations, adverse possession applications and more complex registration issues.
A dedicated member of the Arnold Thomson team, Ben embodies the Firm’s commitment to high-quality client care. He takes a proactive and practical approach to his work, always going the extra mile to ensure his clients’ interests are protected. He is well liked by clients and colleagues alike and is known for his approachable manner and infectious personality.
Outside of work, Ben is a passionate football fan and devoted Manchester United supporter. He enjoys playing football for his local team at weekends and, most importantly, spending quality time with his young family.
