Yes, you can and our Private Client Team will be happy to advise and assist with your queries and legal needs. There are a number of available options and you can contact us via your preferred method of communication. We are currently available via telephone, via email, Skype, Teams, WhatsApp or Face Time.
After our initial contact, we will send a questionnaire to you to complete as best as you can. Once this is returned to us (generally by email but even a photograph of a handwritten note will do under the circumstances), we will then arrange a telephone or video call with you.
We will discuss the questionnaire and advise you as we would if we were meeting with you face to face. Following this telephone call or video meeting, we will email our letter confirming what we will do for you, together with a set of our terms of business. All we need to proceed is for you to confirm via email that you want to continue with the process.
We will also arrange to deal with our identification requirements remotely as well.
The draft documents will follow. Once you are happy to sign, we will either post the document to you or send a version to you to be printed and signed in the safety of your home. We will include clear instructions on witnessing and signing. We can also arrange a video call to take you through the signing procedure should you prefer.
If you require a face to face visit in urgent circumstances, please just contact us and we will do our best to help, if and where possible.
