Emily is a Senior Associate and Private Client Solicitor who qualified in 1999. After beginning her legal career in civil and personal injury litigation, she found her passion in Private Client law and has specialised exclusively in this area ever since.
With experience gained at niche practices, high street firms, and large commercial law firms across the Midlands, the Thames Valley, and the South East, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every client. She advises on a broad range of private client matters, including estate planning, estate administration, and Court of Protection work.
Emily understands that many private client matters arise during significant life events and can often feel complex or overwhelming. She takes pride in providing clear, practical advice with empathy and sensitivity, helping clients make informed decisions and guiding them through each step of the process with confidence.
Outside of work, Emily lives in Oxfordshire with her husband and their two children.
