Matt is the Practice and Operations Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day management and strategic development of the firm.
Working closely with the Directors and management team, Matt is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. His responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party suppliers, overseeing HR and recruitment, and maintaining the firm’s risk management, compliance, and accreditation requirements. Matt is committed to supporting the operational needs of the firm while helping to drive the firm’s long term strategic objectives.
With a proactive and collaborative approach, Matt focuses on creating efficient processes, supporting colleagues and ensuring the firm continues to deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
Outside of work, Matt is a member of Whipsnade Park Golf Club, where he spends much of his time in the trees.
